We can’t say this never happens, but it’s exceedingly rare as we use insured and tracked delivery. If you don’t receive your order within the expected time, please contact us so we can follow up with the relevant carrier.
In the rare instance an order goes missing in transit, our insurance company will allow the carrier time to conduct an internal investigation. This usually takes 8-10 working days. The crucial bits of information for you to note are:
- We will replace your order if the carrier confirms that the package has been lost in transit
- If the carrier has a signature for delivery, but you have not received the parcel, the carrier may confirm an error or mis-delivery. They will attempt to recover the parcel and redeliver it. If they cannot do so, we will replace your order.
