While we hope you love your purchase from My Irish Jeweler, we know there are times you may want to return an item. If a gift doesn’t hit the right mark, the fit isn’t quite right, or maybe what arrives just isn’t what you were expecting: it happens - don’t panic! We’re here and ready to help.

We offer a free 100-day return policy on our items with just a few exceptions; this gives you the option of a full refund, store credit, or size exchange.

The following are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges:

• Specific pieces that have been modified for you. For example, different metal combinations, or gemstone pieces that have been custom-made for you, at your request. 
• Personalised Ogham pieces
• Family Crest designs made specifically for you with your own crest
• Items with personalised Birthstones
• Items made with 22K gold 
• Pieces that have been personalised with your engraving. 

While the above items are not eligible for exchanges or refunds, our one-year guarantee still applies to any manufacturer’s defects.
