We fully insure your parcel until you sign for it. If you cannot sign for it at home,  we recommend delivering it to:

• A local UPS collection point - you can find your nearest one here;

• A trusted relative or neighbour;

• Your workplace.

You are responsible for receiving your order and signing for it, so choose the most convenient way to accomplish this. We are happy to help however we can.
