Most of our pendants come with a free chain included - there are a few exceptions, but they will be clearly noted on the website. When you purchase a pendant, the chain that accompanies it is included free of charge as a good match for the piece you have chosen. 

If you envision the pendant on a different chain, we offer some suggestions on the product page, but it won't encompass our full range. You can find all our chains in Sterling silver and gold by following this link. 

• Please note that there is no credit allowed against the return of a free chain.
• Any upgraded chain must be paid for as an additional item on your order.
• You will receive both the original chain and the upgraded chain with your order.
