At My Irish Jeweler, we guarantee all items we sell for one year from the date of delivery to you. This guarantee relates to workmanship specifically, so if a ring loses a stone or a pendant breaks and we see no other signs of hard wear or misuse, we will replace or repair the item at our discretion, free of charge to you.

This guarantee applies to manufacturers' defects only. It does not apply if the damage is deemed to be the result of improper care or wear and tear.

As an example, if a white gold ring is worn in a pool or hot tub and becomes discolored, or a chain snaps because it was worn overnight while sleeping, our guarantee will not apply. In these instances, a repair option is usually available.

While we will be happy to assist in any way we can, repair requests will carry a charge which will include fully insured shipping costs to Ireland. We will always give an estimate before you decide to return an item for repair, but this is only an estimate. A final quote will be issued before any work is undertaken.
