Do You Offer A Repair Service?Updated 2 years ago

For items we have sold, yes. However, if your jewelry is new, remember the following:

We offer a free 100-day return policy.

If the ring doesn’t fit, or the bracelet needs to be lengthened, talk to us about an exchange or alteration. There are some exceptions, but we will work with you to find the best solution for you.

We offer a one-year manufacturing guarantee on everything we sell.

If your jewelry is found to be defective within a year of purchase, we will repair or replace the item free of charge. This guarantee applies to manufacturer’s defects only. It does not apply if damage is deemed to result from improper care or wear and tear.

If your piece of jewelry is over a year old, then it’s a slightly different matter. Many of our customers live overseas, and sometimes it is more efficient, not to mention cheaper, to have a piece of jewelry repaired locally. We usually recommend this for:

  • Bracelets;

  • Chains;

  • Pendants;

  • Earrings;

  • Brooches;

  • Cufflinks.

If you would prefer us to repair the item, please contact us, and we will issue an estimate upon receipt of photos and the original order number. (It really helps us to see what you’re seeing.)

Older Items:

If you need an engagement ring or wedding ring repaired, you may be more inclined to deal with the jeweler you purchased it from, and we understand that. Contact us and we will advise you.

  • If we believe it’s best that the piece is returned to us, we will organise its fully insured return via courier. (Please note that this is chargeable.)

  • We will give you an estimate of costs before we bring the piece back.

  • We will not complete the repair without having your final approval of the workshop’s price.

  • If we believe the item could be safely repaired by a reputable local jeweler, we will let you know that too.

If there’s anything we’ve missed here, just drop us an email or give us a call - we’ll be happy to help!
